31 October 2019 – Malaysia 7s teams are currently in Lenggong, Perak as they are taking part in the Team Building and Motivational Camp.
The camp is being organized by Majlis Sukan Negara and it is pert of the preparation for the upcoming SEA Games. The 2019 SEA Games is set to take place in the Philippines by the end of this year.
The main objective of the camp is to focus on the co-operation and bonding among the team members. It is also to make sure they have high teamwork spirit among the athlete.
The organizer prepared multiple activities for the athletes and team management as to prepare them both mentally and physically. They will want to make sure that they achieved the target set for the 5 days camp.
This camp is solely organized and join by the rugby athlete. They start the camp on 28th October (Monday) and it will end this Friday. The camp is taking place at Pusat Kepimpinan Pelajar MARA (PUSKEP) Lenggong, Perak
